John Kotula, CEO of Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. has twenty plus years experience in the Collection and Credit Reporting industries.  He has held partnership interests and/or held high level management positions in regional and national companies with responsibility for all sales and marketing functions in each company.  John is a Board member of the Pennsylvania Collectors Association, a member of the elite “Committee of 100” of the American Collector’s Association, past President of the International Credit Association of NEPA and the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of NEPA.  He has also been active in United Way fundraisers and Chamber of Commerce fundraisers.

John received his B.S. from the University of Scranton.
