Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. is a Pennsylvania Corporation that was founded by John Kotula, President and CEO in 2001. NCC, formerly Northeast Credit and Collections was purchased by Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. on October 1, 2001.

Northeast Credit and Collections was a premier collection agency having served clients in Northeastern Pennsylvania for over 25 years. The Company remains committed to the Northeastern Pennsylvania region and to becoming a major employer in the area, with its current workforce in excess of one hundred and thirty employees.

NCC services a diversified account base consisting of Debt Purchasers, Financial, Retail, Government and Medical clients on a local, regional and national level. NCC has made a substantial investment in its technology infrastructure supporting the rapid and very successful growth of the business.

The Company has as its purpose to provide the best collection results and services, including a full menu of accounts receivable management services, to our valued clients. The focus on service and results has earned NCC the reputation as the emerging regional leader in the industry.
